Take a shower, proceed at a steam room for 5-10 minutes (do not overdose the steaming), than jump into a pool of cold water. As a rule this procedure is repeated several times with a break to drink tea or beer and have something to eat. Take an advantage of a kind of Russian massage, when one is flogged by “venik” – a bunch of birch branches with leaves. After all you will feel yourself light, weightless and new.)
